§ 7780.5. Powers of trustees - UTC 815. (a) Exercise of power.--Except as otherwise provided in the trust instrument or in other provisions of this title, a trustee has all the powers over the trust property that an unmarried competent owner has over individually owned property and may exercise those powers without court approval from the time of creation of the trust until final distribution of the assets of the trust.
