CHAPTER 79 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Sec. 7901. Uniformity of application and construction. Enactment. Chapter 79 was added April 4, 1996, P.L.58, No.20, effective immediately. § 7901. Uniformity of application and construction. This part shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this part among states enacting it.
