1710 - Interference.
§ 1710. Interference. A person who intentionally interferes with any other person in the performance of any act or duty authorized or imposed by this part commits a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $5,000 or to imprisonment for not more than two years, or both.
