§ 2354. Licensure requirement of dead domestic animal disposal businesses. Any person who purchases or receives for disposal a dead domestic animal, domestic animal part or potentially infectious animal waste shall be deemed to be in the business of dead domestic animal disposal and shall be licensed by the department to engage in and conduct such activity.
