§ 4111. Testing and inspections of standards. The State Metrology Laboratory at least once every five years shall test the standards of weight and measure procured by any city or county for which a sealer of weights and measures has been appointed, shall approve the same when found to be correct and shall inspect such standards at least once every two years.
