4116 - Investigations.
§ 4116. Investigations. The department shall investigate complaints made to it concerning violations of the provisions of this subchapter and shall, upon its own initiative, conduct such investigations as it deems appropriate and advisable to develop information on prevailing procedures in commercial quantity determination and on possible violations of the provisions of this subchapter and to promote the general objective of accuracy in the determination and representation of quantity in commercial transactions.
