§ 4162. Substitution of another purchaser in weighmaster's certificate. If a person is, for practical reasons, unable to deliver a commodity to the purchaser originally designated in the weighmaster's certificate, the person may substitute the name and address of another purchaser, provided that a report of the substitution is made to the licensed weighmaster within 24 hours.
