§ 4192. Temporary or permanent injunctions. In addition to any other remedies provided in this chapter, the department may apply to the Commonwealth Court or to any other court having jurisdiction for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining a person from violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted under this chapter, regardless of whether there exists an adequate remedy at law.
