6911 - Short weight.
§ 6911. Short weight. If any soil amendment or plant amendment in the possession of a consumer is found by the department to be short in weight, the guarantor of that soil amendment or plant amendment shall, within 30 days after official notice from the department, submit to the consumer a penalty payment of two times the value of the actual shortage.
