6921 - Disposition of funds.
§ 6921. Disposition of funds. Moneys received from license fees, registration fees, inspection fees, fines and penalties shall be paid into the Agronomic Regulatory Account established in section 6725 (relating to disposition of funds). All moneys in the Agronomic Regulatory Account are hereby appropriated to the department for the purposes of this chapter and Chapter 67 (relating to fertilizer).
