2502 - Disturbance of waterways and watersheds.
§ 2502. Disturbance of waterways and watersheds. (a) General rule.--No person shall alter or disturb any stream, stream bed, fish habitat, water or watershed in any manner that might cause damage to, or loss of, fish without the necessary permits. (b) Penalty.--Any person violating the provisions of this section commits a misdemeanor of the third degree.
