§ 502. Collection fee for uncollectible checks. Whenever any check or similar instrument issued in payment of any fee, fine or for any other purpose under this title is returned to the commission as uncollectible, the person who makes, issues or presents the check or other instrument shall be charged a fee of $15, to be credited to the Fish Fund or the Boat Fund, as appropriate, to cover the cost of collection.
