7313 - Suspension or revocation of license.
§ 7313. Suspension or revocation of license. (a) Suspension.--The commission, after due notice and hearing, may suspend for a suitable period the shad license of any person who is found by them to have done any of the following: (1) Made a false statement in the application for a license. (2) Violated any shad regulation contained in this chapter. (3) Failed to make required shad reports. (b) Revocation.--For a second infraction, the commission may, after due notice and hearing, revoke the shad license of the offender. (c) Judicial review.--Any applicant or licensee aggrieved by an adjudication of the commission may appeal in accordance with Title 2 (relating to administrative law and procedure). Whether or not a supersedeas is granted, the licensee may continue to fish for shad up to the date of the final decision of the court without being held to have violated the provisions of this chapter.
