927 - Forfeiture of fish and devices.
§ 927. Forfeiture of fish and devices. (a) General rule.--A person convicted of an offense under this title shall forfeit any fish seized under section 901(6) (relating to powers and duties of waterways patrolmen and deputies) and any device confiscated under this title. (b) Disposition of confiscated property.--Any property confiscated by the commission under this title shall be sold or otherwise disposed of by the executive director. These dispositions shall be recorded on the books of the commission.
