932 - Determination of second or subsequent offenses.

§ 932. Determination of second or subsequent offenses. Any person convicted or pleading guilty or signing an acknowledgment of guilt under any provisions of this title who, within the past seven years, was convicted or pleaded guilty or signed an acknowledgment of guilt for violating any of the provisions of this title or the former laws relating to game or wildlife then in force shall be sentenced under this title as a second or subsequent offender. Any acceptance of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition within the past seven years of the present violation shall be considered for the purposes of determining a second or subsequent offense.
