1402.1 - Itemized budget reporting. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 1402.1. Itemized budget reporting. (a) Submission.--The board, department, Pennsylvania State Police and Office of Attorney General shall prepare and annually submit to the chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate and the chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives an itemized budget consisting of amounts to be appropriated out of the accounts established under section 1401 (relating to slot machine licensee deposits) necessary to administer this part. The department, Pennsylvania State Police and Office of Attorney General shall provide copies of their itemized budgets to the board at the same time they are submitted to the chairmen of the committees. (b) Analyses and recommendations.--As soon as practicable after receiving copies of the itemized budgets submitted under subsection (a), the board shall prepare and submit to the chairmen of the committees analyses of and make recommendations regarding the itemized budgets.
