1505 - No eminent domain authority.
§ 1505. No eminent domain authority. Neither the Commonwealth nor any political subdivision thereof shall have the right to acquire, with or without compensation, through the power of eminent domain any property, easement or land use right for the siting or construction of a licensed facility.
