§ 1126. Masters. The President Judge of the Philadelphia Municipal Court may appoint attorneys who are members of the Pennsylvania Bar to serve as masters in proceedings under 23 Pa.C.S. Ch. 61 (relating to protection from abuse). (Dec. 19, 1990, P.L.1240, No.206, eff. 90 days) 1990 Amendment. Act 206 added section 1126. Cross References.
