1332 - Operations of traffic court.
§ 1332. Operations of traffic court. The presiding magistrate shall preside over and supervise the work of the Traffic Court of Pittsburgh. In the absence of the presiding magistrate designated by the mayor, the judge then temporarily presiding shall have such supervision. The traffic court shall be open for the transaction of business at such times as shall be designated by ordinance of the City of Pittsburgh or prescribed by general rule.
