1606 - Official immunity. SUBPART B. OTHER STRUCTURAL PROVISIONS
§ 1606. Official immunity. Members of the Court of Judicial Discipline and the staff of the court shall be absolutely immune from suit for all conduct in the course of their official duties, and no civil action or disciplinary complaint predicated on testimony before the court may be maintained against any witness or counsel.
