3503 - Penalties.
§ 3503. Penalties. Any person who fails to remit any fines, penalties, forfeitures, fees, cash or other moneys received by him within the time and in the manner specified by regulations promulgated pursuant to section 3502 (relating to financial regulations) or any person who willfully violates any such regulations commits a misdemeanor of the third degree.
