§ 3734. Annual appropriations. Beginning with the fiscal year 1987-1988, the General Assembly shall appropriate initially from the General Fund and thereafter from the Judicial Computer System Augmentation Account funds sufficient to meet the costs of the initial startup and the ongoing operations of the Statewide judicial computer system.
