§ 5107. Service of process. Process may be served or executed on any day of the week except at any church, synagogue, meetinghouse or any place of worship. Act 84 overlooked the amendment by Act 28 of 1997, but the amendments do not conflict in substance and have both been given effect in setting forth the text of section 5107.
