5306 - Obligations. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 5306. Obligations. The tribunals of this Commonwealth shall have jurisdiction over obligations owed by persons who are subject to the jurisdiction of the tribunals of this Commonwealth whether or not the persons to whom the obligations are owed are subject to the jurisdiction of the tribunals of this Commonwealth.
