5925 - Testimony by married person against spouse in rebuttal.
§ 5925. Testimony by married person against spouse in rebuttal. In any civil action brought against a married person, if the defendant makes defense at the trial upon any ground which attacks the character or conduct of the spouse, the spouse shall be a competent witness in rebuttal for the plaintiff.
