§ 9104. Second and subsequent offenses. Nothing in this subchapter or in the Agreement on Detainers shall be construed to require the enhancement of any penalty imposed under the law of this Commonwealth on account of any conviction in another jurisdiction had in a proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use of said agreement.
