Section 3(2) of Act 32 of 1995, 1st Sp.Sess, provided that Subchapter D shall apply in all cases in which the death penalty is imposed on or after January 1, 1996. § 9570. Short title of subchapter. This subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the Capital Unitary Review Act. Suspension by Court Order. Section 9570 was suspended August 11, 1997, S.Ct. Order.
