§ 3308. Fees. (a) Amounts.--An application for registration or renewal of registration must be accompanied by a fee in the following amount: (1) $200 for an initial application for registration for an individual or sole proprietor and $400 for a partnership, association, corporation or other legal entity. (2) $150 for an application for registration based upon a certificate of registration or licensure issued by another state for an individual or sole proprietor and $300 for a partnership, association, corporation or other legal entity. (3) $200 for an application for renewal of registration for an individual or sole proprietor and $400 for a partnership, association, corporation or other legal entity. (4) $150 for an application for renewal of registration based upon an application for renewal of registration or licensure submitted in another state for an individual or sole proprietor and $400 for a partnership, association, corporation or other legal entity. (b) Fee increase.--If the revenues raised by fees, fines and civil penalties imposed in accordance with this chapter are not sufficient to match the expenditures necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, the commission shall increase those fees by regulation so that the revenues match the expenditures.
