§ 3315. Administrative penalty. (a) Civil penalty.--The commission may assess a civil penalty against an athlete agent not to exceed $25,000 per violation of this part or per violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 7107 (relating to unlawful actions by athlete agents). (b) Injunctive relief.--The commission may, in the name of the people of this Commonwealth, through the Office of Attorney General, apply for injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any person from committing any act in violation of this chapter. Injunctive relief shall be in addition to and not in lieu of all penalties and other remedies in this chapter.
