2308 - Term of commissioned and warrant officers.
§ 2308. Term of commissioned and warrant officers. The term of every commissioned officer and warrant officer shall be permanent or until terminated by reason of death, retirement, physical disqualification, acceptance by proper authority of resignation, action by a properly constituted board or court martial, or in accordance with Federal regulations governing withdrawal of Federal recognition of a commissioned officer or warrant officer.
