§ 2502. Physical qualifications of officers and enlisted personnel. The Governor will, by executive order, prescribe the age limitations and physical qualifications which will govern both officers and enlisted personnel in the Pennsylvania Guard, but no person shall be refused enlistment or a commission or in any way be discriminated against in the administration of this title by reason of his race, color, sex, creed or national origin.
