§ 4108. Liability of Commonwealth for judgments against personnel on State duty. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall be responsible for the payment of all judgments and costs secured against a member of the Pennsylvania Military Forces on State duty who was acting under lawful orders or who in good faith relied on an order which a reasonable person would consider to be lawful under the circumstances.
