§ 502. Acceptance of Federal allotment for Pennsylvania National Guard. The Governor shall accept for the Commonwealth allotments of military personnel and equipment and their apportionment to the various arms and services proposed by the Department of Defense for the Pennsylvania National Guard as he may, in his discretion, deem proper for the Commonwealth to accept.
