6012 - Contempt towards officials.
§ 6012. Contempt towards officials. Any person subject to this part who uses contemptuous words against the President of the United States, Vice-President of the United States, Congress, Secretary of Defense, or a secretary of a department, the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the Adjutant General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Governor or the legislature of any state, territory or other possession of the United States in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
