§ 7305. Seniority rights. Every employee who returns to his employment at the time of or prior to the expiration of his military leave of absence shall be restored as provided in section 7304 (relating to reemployment rights) in such manner as to give him such status in his employment as he would have enjoyed if he had continued in such employment continuously from the time of his entering the armed forces until the time of his restoration to such employment.
