7307 - Eligibility. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 7307. Eligibility. Every employee otherwise eligible for a military leave of absence shall be granted a military leave of absence commencing upon the date of his eligibility therefor, regardless of whether such date occurred before or after the effective date of this chapter.
