2928 - Time when change of form of government takes effect. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 2928. Time when change of form of government takes effect. Whenever the electors by a majority of those voting on the question vote in favor of adopting a change in their form of government pursuant to this subpart, the proposed form shall take effect according to its terms and the provisions of this subpart.
