3008 - Powers of council concerning officers and agencies.
§ 3008. Powers of council concerning officers and agencies. The council, in addition to other powers and duties as may be conferred upon it by general law, may require any municipal officer to prepare and submit sworn statements regarding the performance of the officer's official duties and may otherwise investigate the conduct of any department, office or agency of the municipal government.
