3032 - Departments.
§ 3032. Departments. The municipality shall have a department of administration and shall have such other departments as council may establish by ordinance. The administrative functions, powers and duties of the municipality, other than those vested in the office of the clerk, treasurer and controller, if provided for, shall be allocated and assigned among and within the departments except that the functions specified in section 3014 (relating to department of administration) shall be assigned to the department of administration.
