§ 3052. Officers and employees. Each municipality under this subchapter shall be governed by an elected council, one member of which shall be the mayor or president of council or chairman chosen under sections 2924 (relating to specificity of recommendations) and 3056 (relating to selection of mayor, council president or chairman), an elected district attorney in the case of counties and an appointed municipal manager, and, if so provided under the plan, an elected treasurer, an elected controller and by those other officers and employees as may be duly appointed pursuant to this subchapter, general law or ordinance.
