3080 - Amended budget. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 3080. Amended budget. During the month of January next following any municipal elections, the executive (mayor), upon his own initiative or at the request of council, may submit an amended budget to council which shall consider it in the same manner as provided in section 3079 (relating to preparation and adoption of budget), except that final adoption of the amended budget shall not be later than February 15 of the same year.
