3164 - Status of existing ordinances and resolutions.
§ 3164. Status of existing ordinances and resolutions. On the effective date of an optional plan adopted pursuant to this subpart, all ordinances and resolutions of the municipality to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this subpart shall remain in full force and effect.
