§ 5510.4. Contracts with obligees of an authority in cities of the first class. (a) General rule.--Except as otherwise provided in any resolution of an authority authorizing or awarding bonds, the terms thereof and of this chapter as in effect when the bonds were authorized shall constitute a contract between the authority and obligees of the authority, subject to modification in such manner as the resolution, the trust indenture securing such bonds or the bonds shall provide. (b) Applicability.--This section shall only apply to authorities in cities of the first class.
