§ 8145. Place and medium of payment. Bonds or notes shall be payable in such coin or currency as at the respective dates of payment thereof shall be legal tender for the payment of public and private debts at the place or places of payment. Both principal and interest shall be payable at the place or places determined by the local government unit. If more than one place of payment is specified, one or more of the additional places of payment may be outside of this Commonwealth or outside of the United States.
