§ 8202. Filing of statements of noncompletion of sale with department. If settlement for an issue of bonds or notes or bonds or notes representing lease rental debt, which have received a required approval by the department, fails of completion in whole or in part, the local government unit shall file with the department a notification of noncompletion of sale stating what part of the issue has been delivered.
