§ 8203. Fees for filing. Every filing with the department shall be accompanied by a filing fee as determined in section 605-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929. No submission shall constitute a filing until the proper fee is paid. All fees received under this section shall be paid by the department into the State Treasury through the Department of Revenue.
