§ 8210. Power of department to define terms, issue rules and regulations and prescribe forms. Subject to the definitions in section 8002 (relating to definitions), the department may define terms and prescribe other rules and regulations regarding, and prescribe forms for, reports and filings to be submitted to the department pursuant to this subpart.
