§ 1702. Changes in information to be published. In the event any change is made in the proprietorship, ownership or managing editor of any newspaper, or in the office of president of any corporation owning and publishing a newspaper or in the names of the members of the copartnership owning or publishing a newspaper, the change shall be duly set forth in the next issue of the newspaper following such change.
