§ 1757. Collection from certain inmates. The governing body of a county correctional institution or, where applicable, the county commissioners, may, by resolution which shall establish rates and qualifications, authorize the chief administrator to collect a reasonable amount from inmates incarcerated only on weekends or other short periods each week.
