1767 - Chief administrator and employees.
§ 1767. Chief administrator and employees. The county commissioners of the counties may, after consultation with the advisory board, employ a chief administrator and such other employees as may be necessary to conduct and manage properly the joint detention facilities and shall fix their compensation. The duties of those officers shall be prescribed by the rules and regulations of the joint detention facilities. They shall hold their offices, respectively, at the pleasure of and their compensation shall be fixed by the appointing power.
